Any concerns or issues that we have had over the years (which have been few) are dealt with right away, no waiting ever for an answer or a solution. Dave goes out of his way to help with deliveries and moving shipments for us. The building is kept clean and well maintained at all times. We feel very safe and secure at all hours of the day. The building staff are excellent at handling my deliveries. maintenance and special projects. And the availability of short & long term warehousing will suit any needs. Great all round value.

All the tenants are friendly and having an environment where there's always people coming and going from morning to night is great. With the dedicated building staff being on site, we can focus on running the business and not worrying about chasing around an absentee landlord for maintenance issues. Any of our issues have been addressed immediately and the PACP staff have been extremely accommodating to our changing needs over time. In addition, access to loading docks and forklift helps with receiving large freight deliveries so we don't have to arrange for lift gate services.
