Great Arrow’s management office is located onsite. Our services are available almost immediately during business hours. After hours, we have staff on call within 15 minutes of the facility.

WHAT ARE THE BUSINESS HOURS FOR THE BUILDING?

Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

WHAT COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES ARE PROVIDED FOR TENANTS?

Pierce Arrow Commerce Park features an array of common areas for refreshments and welcoming visitors. Plus loading dock, maintenance & forklift services and much more.

In the event a tenant wishes to host an event in their space or a common area, please contact management in advance.

ARE THERE ANY COMMON AREA MAINTENANCE CHARGES?

Yes. Great Arrow charges a CAM charge for utilities, insurance, taxes and maintenance.

The building is locked during non-business hours with secured keypad access for tenants. All tenants are to obtain their own security and renter’s insurance for their leased space.

Yes, within the guidelines of the property, city and state. All plans must be submitted in advance prior to implementation. As some renovations may not be suitable for standard businesses, you may be subject to fees at the close of your lease to return the property to leasable condition.
